At The Pink Cake Box I believe in only using the very best ingredients in all of my hand baked, delicious cakes. I love to create super yummy cakes that really taste as good as they look. I use organic butter, local free-range eggs, fair-trade dark cocoa, organic vanilla extract, fresh organic fruit, homemade syrups and curds to name but a few of the scrummy things that get packed into the cakes.

Elderflower and Prosecco
Delicious, light sponge cake infused with elderflower and prosecco, drizzled with a prosecco syrup, elderflower curd and vanilla pod buttercream
Orange and Passionfruit
Light and zesty orange sponge cake infused with a passionfruit and orange syrup and layered with a passionfruit and orange curd and orange buttercream
Zesty Lemon and Lime
Delicate sponge with zesty lemon and lime loveliness, infused with a lemon and lime syrup and layered with lemon and lime buttercream.
Moist and delicious chocolate caramel sponge cake layered with dulce de leche caramel and vanilla pod buttercream wrapped in Belgian dark chocolate ganache.
Moist, rich chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate buttercream and wrapped in Belgian dark chocolate ganache.
Sticky Toffee Pecan
Indulgent sticky toffee pudding cake studded with yummy pecans, layered with dulce de leche caramel and vanilla pod buttercream
Soft and light Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with layers of raspberry conserve and vanilla pod buttercream.
