Beautiful Buttercream Wedding Cake with Fresh Flowers from Avant Garden for Becca and Kenny at Kedleston Hall

On Friday I delivered this stunning buttercream wedding cake to National Trust Kedleston Hall withHoneysuckle & Castle for Rebecca and Kenny.

The beautiful flowers I got to play with from Avant Garden were so so lovely, such an abundance of high quality blooms and in such gorgeous varieties and shades.

The couple chose tiers of Elderflower Champagne with champagne syrup, lemon curd and vanilla pod buttercream, Orange and Passionfruit with orange drizzle syrup, passionfruit curd and orange buttercream and Salted Caramel with salted caramel dulce de leche and vanilla pod buttercream. They also had an extra Elderflower Champagne tier to feed all their cake loving guests ❤

Rose is an artist, there’s no better word. We asked for a very simple buttercream cake which was exquisite in its design and simplicity but tasted out of this world! The addition of just the right amount of fresh flowers placed just in the right place was the perfect finish to our design.
I loved visiting Rose’s studio and tasting all the flavours she had available. I felt spoiled and we struggled to narrow down our options but we decided eventually on salted caramel, orange and passion fruit, and elderflower and champagne. Every layer was delicious and we have fortunately ended up being able to bring a bit home so we can continue to enjoy it throughout this week! I would highly recommend The Pink Cake Box and if you see Rose at a Wedding Fayre be sure to try a sample! You’ll choose her immediately!
