Beautiful elegant sugar flower wedding cake for Danielle and Toby
Yesterday I created this beautiful wedding cake for Danielle and Toby at the lovely The White Hart Inn
Danielle and her mum were an absolute dream to work with, trusting me entirely to create the wedding cake of Danielle's dreams, matching the bridal flowers by Robert Youngs in Matlock with large sweeping posies of sugar flowers, soft dusky pink, blush pink and soft lilac roses, some lisanthius, small buds, sea holly, succulents and foliage.
They chose tiers of : Zesty Lemon and Lime with lemon and lime drizzle syrup, lemon and lime curd and lemon buttercream, Salted Caramel with dark sugar syrup, salted caramel and vanilla pod buttercream and Strawberry and Champagne with champagne syrup, strawberry preserve and vanilla pod buttercream.
