Elegant Lace and Blush Sugar Roses Wedding Cake for Sarah and Vern at Chatsworth House
I created this beautifully elegant wedding cake for Sarah and Vern at Chatsworth Wedding and Eventsyesterday.
Sarah chose a 3 tier ivory design with a little bit of hand piped lace around the middle tier to match the top of her dress and posies of beautiful sugar flowers- blush roses, wax flower, astilbe and foliage ❤
Sarah lives in America so we did a lot of the communication via email but she did manage to come in for a cake tasting appointment with her aunts and cousin when she was visiting in Feb. With their help they chose tiers of Gin and Tonic with gin syrup, lime curd and vanilla pod buttercream, Chocolate Mud with salted caramel and caramel vanilla pod buttercream and Blush Strawberry and Champagne with champagne syrup, strawberry preserve and vanilla pod buttercream.
