“Rose is an artist, there’s no better word. We asked for a very simple buttercream cake which was exquisite in its design and simplicity but tasted out of this world! The addition of just the right amount of fresh flowers placed just in the right place was the perfect finish to our design.
I loved visiting Rose’s studio and tasting all the flavours she had available. I felt spoiled and we struggled to narrow down our options but we decided eventually on salted caramel, orange and passion fruit, and elderflower and champagne. Every layer was delicious and we have fortunately ended up being able to bring a bit home so we can continue to enjoy it throughout this week! It was nothing short of perfection. The cake looked absolutely stunning (so many guests asked us if the cake was real because they thought it was impossible to make an actual cake that elegant!!!) and it tasted incredible. “We booked Rose to do our wedding cake for this past weekend and, the cake was so perfect that I’ve had to interrupt marital bliss so that I can rave about it!
We had our initial consultation with Rose just under a year ago and I immediately knew I wanted to book her for our cake. The studio is absolutely beautiful and, the samples of cake were all so delicious that we couldn’t decide so ended up going for four different flavours!
Our final cake was a four tier semi-naked design and it was simply perfect. Absolutely everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful it was and one of my guests today referred to it as ‘the nicest wedding cake’ she had ever tasted! Even almost a week later the cake is still delicious!
Rose was also fantastic at accommodating for guests dietary requirements. My aunt is gluten intolerant so Rose made 6 gluten avoided cupcakes which went down an absolute treat!
I really cannot say enough good things about the service we received! If you need a cake for your wedding, Rose is a must!”

“Absolutely incredible!! Thank you so much to Rose for our wonderful wedding cakes. Throughout the whole process she has been amazing you can tell she is extremely passionate about what she does. We started with a tasting appointment and she was super friendly and helpful, giving us wonderful ideas to help design our perfect cake table together. We are vegans and she ensured all the samples were suitable, in a huge range of flavours that are often more hard to come by without dairy. Every single one was absolutely delicious, so moist and full of flavour was the best toppings too. We decided on a two tier main cake, two other table cakes, two loaf cakes and two sets of tray bakes. She went out of her way in several ways, creating a vegan brownie recipe for one of the tray bakes, also ensuring all were nut free for one of our guests. She created her own pressed flowers for the decorations. She was super helpful and a pleasure to work with through the entire process.
Now on to the cakes themselves, they were absolutely stunning!! We had a festival wedding and the colours and flowers fit perfectly with the theme. Everyone commented how beautiful they looked. Not only that but the taste was amazing, ever single flavour was delicious and all super moist. We have had so many positive comments and many people went back for seconds and thirds and fourths!! Quite a few friends could not believe they were vegan either and I’ve got to say hands down they are the best cakes I’ve ever tasted, vegan or otherwise.
